this is a very useful web site offering extensive information, advice and support for those with ME (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis).

a charity dedicated to improving the lives of those with ME/CFS by offering information and telephone support.
National Fibromyalgia Association (NFA):
offers information about FM, its symptoms and treatment, ongoing research and has an online chat facility.
This is a very good 10 minute video giving basic information about what its like to live with ME. This would
be very good for friends and relatives of newly diagnosed sufferers to see. Don't forget to turn the sound on first.

A good source of information and support for people with ME and Fibromyalgia.
